Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present a variety of continental dishes with consistency and quality.
• Design seasonal menus that reflect the latest culinary trends.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor food inventory and ensure proper stock management.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of European and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
