Job Title: Continental Commis Chef

Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand

Salary Range: 16,000 - 22,000 INR per month

We are looking for a skilled Continental Commis Chef to join our team in Kashipur. As a Continental Commis Chef, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality continental cuisine dishes. You'll work under the supervision of senior chefs to ensure that all meals meet the restaurant's standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of various continental dishes such as pasta, Lasagna, Pizza, oriental cuisine, and salads, Mexican cuisine .
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stored correctly according to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Help in the plating and presentation of dishes before they are served to guests.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service times.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef specializing in continental cuisine is preferred.
• Knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and food safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary career.
• Certification from a culinary school or vocational training in cooking is a plus.
