Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our marketing team. The Content Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality written content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to adapt their writing style to different audiences and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Write engaging and informative content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
• Research industry-related topics and trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Ensure all content is well-researched, accurate, and adheres to brand voice and guidelines.
• SEO Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and integrate targeted keywords seamlessly into content for improved search engine visibility.
• Optimize content structure and formatting for readability and SEO best practices.
• Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategic plans aligned with marketing objectives.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to address the needs of target audiences at different stages of the buyer's journey.
• Editing and Proofreading:
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
• Proofread content for spelling, punctuation, and typographical errors before publication.
• Content Distribution:
• Coordinate with the social media team to schedule and promote content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Content Promotion:
• Collaborate with the outreach team to identify opportunities for content promotion, including guest blogging, influencer partnerships, and content syndication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred).
• Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, with a portfolio of published writing samples.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling content.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML and basic web design principles.
• Understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
