[School Name] is seeking a creative and motivated Content Writing, Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our marketing and communications team. This role will involve creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing our social media presence to promote the school's brand and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for various platforms including the school's website, blog, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to gather information and create compelling stories about school events, student achievements, faculty highlights, and other relevant topics.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the school's brand voice, style, and tone.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with the school's brand guidelines.
• Work with the Design team to create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics and materials.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the school's online presence and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions, and comments, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

SEO and SEM:

• Implement SEO best practices to improve the school's website ranking on search engines.
• Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
