We seek a talented Content Writer/Editor with expertise in creating high-quality, impactful content tailored for B2B websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile informative and persuasive writer/editor who understands digital business audiences and can craft engaging content that drives results across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: • Website Content: Long-form and short-form, landing pages, video scripts.
• Email Marketing: Develop and write compelling email copy for newsletters, promotional campaigns, drip sequences, and transactional emails, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
• Social media: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X), including posts, captions, and ads, tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Paid Advertising: Concept development and copywriting; close coordination with designers.
• Search engine-optimized Content: Research and write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website copy to improve organic rankings and increase visibility on search engines.
• Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for digital advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Contribute to developing content calendars, campaign strategies, and creative concepts to meet marketing goals.
• Performance Analysis: Work with the analytics team to assess content performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance the company's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels in promoting our B2B SaaS platform and services.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., global digital marketing, analytics, AI/BI, B2B SaaS platforms), competitors, and audience preferences to create relevant and innovative content.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Written and spoken American Business English fluency.
• Proven 3 to 5 years' experience in writing content for digital marketing, including long-form and short-form website, email, social media, and SEO in promoting B2B SaaS products and platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of tone, style, and grammar.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including email platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Hubspot, etc), social media tools (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and AI-based content-related tools.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO best practices, and email marketing principles.
• Ability to create content for diverse audiences across various industries and senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity and comfort with A/B testing, performance tracking, and analytics for content optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in paid search and social media advertising copy.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and content strategies.
• Willing to relocate to Mysore.
• Should be able to work from 3PM to 12 PM (IST).
