Job Summary:
As a Communications Intern, you will support the Communications team in executing
strategies that enhance our brands presence and messaging. You will be involved in crafting
compelling content, managing our social media channels, assisting with internal and
external communications, and contributing to various PR initiatives. This role is ideal for
someone who is passionate about communications and eager to learn and grow in a fast-
paced environment.

1. Content Creation:
Assist in the development of content for various channels, including blog
posts, press releases, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create engaging multimedia
content (e.g., videos, graphics, podcasts).
Edit and proofread content to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and aligned
with the companys tone and voice.
2. Social Media Management:
Help manage and monitor the companys social media accounts (e.g.,
LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring regular and consistent engagement
across platforms.
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of
campaigns and suggest improvements.
3. Internal Communications:
Assist in drafting and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and
other communications.
Support the organization of internal events and initiatives that foster
employee engagement.
Help maintain internal communication channels, such as intranets or
employee portals.
4. Public Relations:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
Research media contacts and assist in maintaining media relations.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and their outcomes.
5. Event Support:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, both internal and
external.
Provide logistical support for events, including venue setup, material
preparation, and post-event follow-up.
6. Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of communications activities and assets.
Support the Communications team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in maintaining the companys media and marketing databases.
Qualifications:

  • A good command over written and oral English language skills.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public
Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
