3+ Years of experience in response scripting.
? Exposure to customize responses
? Identifying legal jargons & handling complaints.
? Previous experience in handling escalations.
? Preferably worked for any US Client.
? Should be smart enough to identify escalations route & nullify them
? Open to working in Night shift & WFO
? Weekends Off
Content writing in using legal jargons is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
Experience:
• Content writing: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• Legal drafting: 2 years (Preferred)
