•Key Responsibilities: •

Develop high-quality written content that effectively communicates complex ideas and concepts related to elections, governance, and public policy.

Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate representation of information and adherence to political party & Indian law guidelines.

Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data and insights for creating informative and impactful content.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms and mediums.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input into overall communication strategies.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.

Work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.

•Requirements: •

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in journalism, communications, political science, or a related field.

. Minimum 2 years of proven experience

Fluency in both Tamil and English languages; proficiency in Hindi is preferred but not mandatory.

Short writing for social media posts & engagement.

Detailed writing for speech pointers.

Latest social media trends.

Strong writing skills with proven ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy.

Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with digital publishing tools such as WordPress, Canva, etc., is desirable.

Experience working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and learn new technologies.

Knowledge of political landscapes and current affairs.

Passion for promoting democratic ideals and fostering positive change in society.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
