Must be from Media/Digital Marketing companyKey Responsibilities:- Optimise landing pages for search engine marketing- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations- Research and analyze competitor advertising links- Develop and implement link building strategy- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues like broken links, crawl errors, and indexation problems.- Mobile SEO Optimization: Ensure SEO strategies are optimized for mobile search, given the increasing use of mobile devices for search.- Core Web Vitals: Focus on improving website performance in line with Google's Core Web Vitals metrics (loading, interactivity, visual stability) for better rankings.Requirements and skills:- Minimum 5 yrs of work experience- Proven SEO experience- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, ComScore, SimilarWeb)- Hand on knowledge on Google Search Console, Google News, Google Search etc.- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO- Experience with CMS Platforms: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Magento, Custom CMS, or Shopify to optimize SEO directly in the platform- Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong skills in reporting and data analysis to assess the impact of SEO strategies using platforms like Google Data Studio or Tableau.- A/B Testing: Experience conducting A/B testing on landing pages and content to determine what works best for SEO.- Collaboration Skills: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, product teams) to achieve SEO objectives.- Bachelor's degree (ref:updazz.com)
