Job descriptionAs a Content Writer at Fastinfo, you will be a crucial member of our content development team, responsible for creating engaging, informative, and well-researched content for our training programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to produce content that enhances the learning experience for our participants.Responsibilities:Curriculum Content:

• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand training objectives and develop content for a variety of our organisation.
• Create comprehensive and well-structured content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and learning materials.

E-Learning Modules:

• Develop engaging e-learning modules and interactive content that align with instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with multimedia specialists to integrate multimedia elements into the content for a more dynamic learning experience.

Blog Posts and Articles:

• Produce blog posts, articles, and whitepapers on relevant industry topics to showcase thought leadership and provide additional resources for learners.

SEO Optimization:

• Ensure that all written content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to enhance discoverability and visibility on online platforms.

Review and Editing:

• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Collaborate with proofreaders to eliminate errors and enhance the overall quality of content.

Research:

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay informed and incorporate the latest information into the content.

Adaptability:

• Adapt writing style and tone to cater to different audiences, including beginners and experienced professionals.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders to align content with the overall training objectives.

Feedback Incorporation:

• Gather and incorporate feedback from trainers, participants, and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the IT or education sector.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning concepts.
• Understanding of SEO best practices for content creation.
