Key Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging Content: Write compelling news articles covering real estate trends, market updates, and industry insights for our blog.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that resonate with our target audience, ensuring alignment with NoBroker's brand voice and style.
• Research and Accuracy: Conduct thorough research to produce accurate, well-researched content. Stay updated on industry news and trends to ensure timely and relevant content.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to enhance organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.

Key Competencies:

• Content Writing Experience: Proven experience as a content writer, with a background in real estate.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in written English with a strong attention to detail and language nuances.
• Research Skills: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources to create comprehensive content.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas for engaging and informative content.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to improve online visibility.
• Project Management: Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Industry Passion: A deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly within the Indian landscape, is advantageous.
