Bridgenext is looking for a talented Content Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for creating a variety of content that informs, educates, and inspires our target audiences. This position requires excellent communication skills and experience developing content in the B2B professional services, agency, or technology services space. Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of our brand voice and style to maintain consistency across all content
Research and write engaging content on a variety of topics, including our services, client work, and key industry trends targeting key decision makers in their buyers journey
Translate and simplify technical concepts into crisp and easy to understand messaging that conveys value and resonates with key audiences
Develop content for multiple platforms, such as blog posts, case studies, website copy, social media posts, paid media advertising, email messaging, presentations, brochures, whitepapers and more
Collaborate with divisional subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure understanding of complex concepts and alignment with key messages
Make recommendations for content based on competitive research
Maintain and drive editorial content calendar, with timelines,- mapped to service area, industry and/or persona.
Craft compelling headlines, introductions, and calls to action to maximize engagement
Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and style
Employ SEO best practices and keywords to drive organic traffic
Work collaboratively with design team on layout of content
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in content marketing and our services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5 - 7years experience writing content and marketing assets for a B2B, technology services, or advertising agency
Previous portfolio of engaging content
Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging style
Ability to adapt writing style to target audience
Strong understanding of SEO principles
Ability to develop and manage content project plans and timelines.
Strong English skills
Excellent research, written and oral communications skills; editing and proofreading a must
Ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments as well as clients and partners
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Experience with content strategy development
Experience with social media content
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and Marketing automation (HubSpot) a plus.
