Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit compelling content that is technology-focused and industry-specific, aligning with our brand voice and objectives.
• Collaborate with technical experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Create content for a variety of formats, including but not limited to, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, articles, and podcast scripts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure content relevance and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics.

• Bachelor\'s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a content writer, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in creating content for various formats, including podcasts, case studies, whitepapers, and digital media.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Knowledge of specific industry domains such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.
• Familiarity with multimedia content creation and editing tools.
• Strong project management skills.
