Position Title:?Content Writer
Experience Required: 3+ Years (preferred in a or content creation role & from Architecture/Construction/Real Estate sector)

Job Summary:
The Content Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various platforms to attract, engage, and retain our target audience. This role requires excellent writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to adapt content to different formats and audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Write clear, compelling, and original content for blogs, articles, social media, website pages, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and depth in content.
• SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience needs.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, style, and accuracy to maintain high-quality standards.
• Content Calendar: Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of content.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools and make recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, content marketing practices, and emerging technologies.
Skills Set:
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with SEO tools and practices (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
