About us :- We are a growth consulting company that helps early-stage startups increase and nurture their customer base and revenue. We study our client\'s business and provide solutions and success frameworks. Our solutions encompass all departments and our clientele is not limited to a particular industry. We work closely with founders and key team members to bring sustainable growth.- We kicked off our operations in January this year and are currently working with 3 clients - betterhalf.ai, drinkprime.in, and thepantproject.com. Currently, we are two people running the show. Parasar is a known marketing expert in the startup industry who leads the growth consulting part. Paritosh is a generalist who manages all other aspects of the business.About the role :First : - We get a lot of inquiries about our work and there is a lot of knowledge we want to share with our prospective clients and keep them engaged. Currently, it\'s done via LinkedIn and phone.- We want to formalize this in the form of a website, blogs, newsletter, LinkedIn posts, and emailers.Your first responsibility will be to :- Build and maintain website content- Publish fortnightly blogs related to marketing best practices and industry insights- Publish weekly newsletters and LinkedIn posts about growth topics and what we do- Send marketing emailers to perspectivesSecond :- One of our engagements with the clients involves providing them with a creative direction. We help them create their brand messaging, communication pillars, sample content for their social media handles and PR articles, and directional advice for some creative marketing initiatives.- Your second responsibility will be to help us create this collateral for the clients as the need arises. The magnitude of these tasks is not pre-decided and is not huge.Basic requirement :- 1-2 years of work experience.
