Key Responsibilities:

• Write original, copyright-free content for websites, applications, and software platforms, ensuring each piece aligns with the project's goals.
• Draft privacy policies , terms and conditions , and other legal documents necessary for digital products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Ensure all written content adheres to national , state , and international legal requirements, with a focus on privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Research and stay updated on relevant legal guidelines and compliance requirements affecting content creation for digital platforms.
• Track and monitor the legal compliance of ongoing projects, providing recommendations for adjustments or changes to maintain compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, legal advisors, and developers to ensure content aligns with both legal and business goals.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate content into digital products effectively, ensuring seamless user experience and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of existing content and legal documents to ensure they remain up-to-date with changes in relevant laws.
• Provide clear documentation on legal matters related to content creation, privacy policies, and terms of service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer with a strong understanding of legal terminology and content regulations for digital platforms.
• Experience creating privacy statements , terms and conditions , and other legal documentation for websites, apps, or software.
• Knowledge of national and international laws related to digital content creation, data protection (such as GDPR), and privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with legal compliance related to online content, including copyright law, intellectual property, and online privacy standards.
• Excellent writing skills , with the ability to create clear, concise, and legally sound content.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to stay updated on changes in laws affecting digital content creation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal experts and developers, to ensure content complies with all regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all written content is legally sound and up to date.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining legal accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree or certification in law , digital marketing , or a related field.
• Experience working with legal advisors to ensure content compliance.
• Familiarity with international regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to legal content creation.

Job Type: Full-time
