About the Role

MAVEX MENTR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Content Writer

to join our growing team. This role involves crafting high-quality, engaging, and informative content tailored to students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a passion for international education, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original content for blogs, websites, newsletters, brochures, social media, and marketing campaigns. Research and write informative articles on study destinations, universities, application procedures, visa guidelines, scholarships, and student life abroad. Work closely with the admissions and counseling teams to produce content aligned with student queries and organizational goals. Ensure all content meets high editorial standards in terms of grammar, clarity, structure, and tone. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure alignment with digital marketing strategies. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across platforms. Repurpose existing content for different formats, such as emailers, reels, infographics, and FAQs. Stay up to date with trends in the education sector and changes in visa policies across key study destinations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the education or study abroad domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, proofreading, and editing abilities. Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple content projects with accuracy and attention to deadlines
