Job Title: Technical Content Writer
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials
• Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, white papers, and case studies
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand and document new features and updates
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search traffic
• Research industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably with a focus on IT or technology
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
