This internship offers you a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, refine your writing skills, and gain exposure to content strategy in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm new content ideas and plan editorial calendars.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics, trends, and target audiences to develop relevant content.
• Assist with writing SEO-friendly content to boost online visibility and engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with My Side Team's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Work directly with senior leaders to receive feedback on your work, refine your skills, and understand content strategy in a professional setting.
• Participate in regular team meetings and content brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and learning from experienced professionals.
• Help repurpose and adapt content across various channels to reach a wider audience.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing (experience with SEO tools is a plus).
• Passion for writing and eagerness to learn about content creation and strategy.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and accept constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (2 days in-office, the rest remote).
• A portfolio or writing samples (if available) is preferred but not required.
