Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write well-researched, original, and high-quality content for blogs, websites, articles, social media posts, product descriptions, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop fresh, accurate content that resonates with the target audience.
• Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to develop content strategies aligned with company goals and audience needs.
• Editing & Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
• Content Management: Regularly update and maintain website and social media content to keep it relevant and engaging.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, marketing) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Adaptability: Be flexible when writing for various industries, tones, and styles as per project requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills:
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Hindi or any regional languages (optional but preferred).
• Personal Qualities:
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with copywriting, digital marketing, or social media content creation.
• Knowledge of tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or other writing aids.
• Ability to write in diverse tones and styles, from formal business content to casual, conversational pieces.
• Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
