• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for technical docs, blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral, tailored to various audiences and platforms.
• SEO and Digital Marketing: Write SEO-optimized content to improve search rankings and visibility. Craft compelling digital marketing content for ads, emails, and social media.
• PR and Branding: Create impactful press releases and PR materials to promote company news and events, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including engineering and marketing, to gather information and create cohesive content aligned with company goals.
• Content Strategy: Assist in planning and executing content strategies that align with business goals and enhance our brand.
• Content Calendar: Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across platforms.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO guidelines.
• Research and Analytics: Conduct research and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Content Repurposing: Adapt existing content for different formats and platforms to maximize reach.
• Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in content or technical writing, preferably in a tech environment.
• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Proven experience in creating compelling content for various formats and audiences with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Experience with using AI tools like ChatGPT4 to enhance content quality and efficiency (not to use ChatGPT4 to repackage stale content).
• Strong research abilities and the ability to learn and write about new topics and technologies quickly.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, IoT, or digital transformation.
• Client-focused approach with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
