We are looking for a talented Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating long-form articles tailored to the needs of our university clients. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content that highlights the technical aspects of various subjects, programs, and research initiatives offered by our client universities.

Responsibilities:

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Proofread and edit content before publication
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Writing about coding and scripting languages/tools, such as C++, Python, Excel, DBMS, SQL, Java, etc.(Technical Writers)
- Working and experimenting with code samples to better understand the needs of API consumers. (Technical Writers)
- Incorporating visuals, such as infographics, diagrams, and screenshots, to enhance understanding and improve the visual appeal of documentation. (Technical Writers)
- Developing technical documentation, including tutorials, guides, release notes, API documentation, and online help, that meets the needs of various user audiences. (Technical Writers)
- Planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing operational procedures and manuals. (Technical Writers)
- Creating and building out a Knowledge Base, including how-to guides, FAQs, and Help sections. (Technical Writers)

Skills:

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role is preferable
- Expertise in research using multiple primary & secondary sources
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in the education sector.(Technical Writers)
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content. (Technical Writers)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
