Job Description
Job Purpose :- Content Creative in English Medium
The primary purpose of this role is to prepare high-quality content for state PCS examinations in India and other to update study material/content/MCQs and books.
Primary Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and write engaging content for PCS exam preparation.
2. Be a subject matter expert of at least 2 to 3 segments of PCS exam.
3. Review and revise content based on feedback.
4. Create practice questions and answer explanations for PPS and other books.
5. Ensure content aligns with current exam patterns.
6. Meet deadlines for content delivery.
7. Participate in content strategy discussions.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
1. Proficient in English with excellent content writing skills.
2. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.
3. Strong research skills and attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with PCS Exams all GS subjects and compulsory paper (General English & Regional Language)
5. Ability to make contents on M S Word/Google Docs
Major KRA ( SMART)
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Power Point/ Google Docs and ability to make content on it.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification Graduation and UPSC/PSC aspirant
Preferred/Additional Qualification At least 2 UPSC / 3 PCS Mains examination appeared
Minimum Experience 0-2 YEARS
Relevant/Additional Experience Experience in making content
