• Concepts & Presentations: Clearly understand the briefs and come up with exciting copy/content that attracts target audience.
• Brainstorming/ Ideation: Be able to lead brainstorming sessions independently and come up with winning ideas/content.
• Managing Bandwidth: Being able to support the team in such a way that it is always available for taking on upcoming challenges and delivering.
• Content Quality Control: Error-free delivery of all content.
• Latest Trends & Technology: Be up to date as well as bring others in the company up to date about the latest trends and offerings globally in our space.
• Identifying organizations' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
• Collaborate closely with digital marketing, social media, content leads, designers, and department heads.
• Work with the digital marketing team to ensure your work exceeds your organization's expectations.
• Ensure the quality of detailed copy in English throughout all phases of projects assigned.
• Work on a variety of projects across a rich spectrum of market sectors and geographies.
• Contribute to the creation of guidelines and digital brand manuals.
• Contribute to the definition of project storytelling opportunities and assist designers, video content creators, photographers, illustrators to deliver unique project narratives.
• Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking.
• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.
• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.
• Actively manage and promote our blog and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
• Edit content produced by other members of the team.
• Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.

Qualification and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in English content writing (and storytelling) and helping maintain design systems for brands, digital products, social media, and services.
• Strongly adept and updated in English grammar.
• Solid competency in storytelling. Comfortable explaining your ideas to the stakeholders and to ideate the best means to present your conceptual work.
• Excellent command of the language and paraphrasing skills.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and a passion for quality balanced with speed and efficiency.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Literature, Journalism, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience with social media, journalism, blogging, digital marketing, corporate communications, and/or content writing required.
• Ability to write creatively in English.
• Exhibits stylistic breadth, and attention to detail.
• Shows experience with diverse content and subject matter.
• Exhibits an inclination to learning & insights.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ?10,955.35 - ?35,882.02 per month
