Job Title: Content Writer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer with a Master's degree in Mass Communication to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and write high-quality, engaging content (articles, blog posts, social media posts, etc.) on various topics.

2. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather information.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets project requirements.

4. Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and headings.

5. Edit and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Mass Communication.

2. 2+ years of experience in content writing.

3. Strong research and writing skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content.

Quality Metrics:

1. Content Quality: 90% of content meets project requirements and brand guidelines.

2. Client Satisfaction: 85% of clients are satisfied with content.

3. Error Rate: Less than 2% of content contains errors.

Efficiency Metrics:

1. Project Turnaround Time: Average project turnaround time is less than 3 days.

2. Word Count: Average word count per project is 500-1000 words.

3. Overtime: Less than 10% of projects require overtime.

Productivity Metrics:

1. Number of Projects Completed: Complete at least 8 projects per month.

2. Total Word Count: Write at least 4000 words per month.

3. Training and Development: Complete at least 2 hours of training or professional development per month.

Pay: ?19,828.12 - ?31,017.17 per month
