Start: Immediate Description We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to join our awesome team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll play a key role in developing our content strategy to grow our organic traffic. Your role would be to build and manage a team that enables us to gain organic traffic via SEO and SEM. The role requires agility and ability to read through the evolving search trends for customers and build a massive arsenal of keywords and relevant articles, content and blogs for the same. Responsibilities The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include: \xe2\x97\x8f Assign priorities to tasks to junior content writers \xe2\x97\x8f Drive a team for generating professional high quality content. \xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate team growth and development of team members \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain timelines and due dates so that content deliverables are completed when they need to be \xe2\x97\x8f Delegate tasks to appropriate team members \xe2\x97\x8f Unite social, video and digital content teams through one creative vision and mission \xe2\x97\x8f Develop a process to identify new content and repurposing opportunities, and guide the process of mapping overall content strategy \xe2\x97\x8f Define, develop, implement, and maintain a content publishing workflow \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the day-to-day operations and budget for editorial team resources \xe2\x97\x8f Focus on on-going SEO needs as Google, Bing and other search engines optimize content need and requirements Requirements
