Process Training and Quality Assurance:
Design and deliver process training sessions for new hires and existing team members
Ensure team members adhere to quality standards and guidelines
Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback for improvement
Curriculum Development and Management:
Develop and manage training curriculum for ongoing skill enhancement
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Communication and Customer Service:
Answer team member questions, address team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Support team manager and perform management duties as required
Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate expertise in Google Sheets & Slides for data analysis and presentation purposes
Ability to label multi data formats (Image, Video & Text) accurately
Experience with Model-Based Labeling & Annotation techniques
Familiarity with Masked Images Generation tools for Single and Multiple Inputs
Project Planning and Management:
Plan, strategize, and manage projects independently
Collaborate with Content Data Experts to produce high-quality data for analysis and decision-making
Ensure data labeling & annotation tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
Attention to detail is a must
Quick learner with a proven ability to lead and develop a team
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
Experience in client communication would be an added advantage

SLA, KPIs, and Project Management:
Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Effectively manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
End-to-End Operations Management:
Manage end-to-end operations including people management, process management, and handling escalation queues
Plan for shrinkage and attrition, and forecast staffing needs and workload volumes
Team Development:
Build and optimize team structure.
Recognize leadership potential and develop enhanced skill sets within the team
Data Delivery and Quality:
Ensure timely delivery of new transit data while maintaining high-quality standards
Design and optimize processes to improve efficiency and output quality
Provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes
Reporting and Metrics Development:
Generate regular reports on departmental growth and performance
Develop metrics to measure departmental growth and performance
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training curriculum for teams in the Gurgaon office
Coordinate with other Team Leads across the Content Sourcing team for effective collaboration
Project Management:
Manage projects as required, ensuring successful completion within deadlines and budget
Recruitment and Evaluation:Assist in the evaluation of candidates during recruitment processes.
Performance Improvement:
Guide and motivate the team for performance improvement
Implement strategies to manage bottom quartile performance effectively
Process Improvement and Problem Solving:
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead problem-solving forums when necessary.
