Content Team Leader We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content and Copy Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and implementation of compelling content and copy across various channels. Your expertise in both content strategy and copywriting will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of content strategists, copywriters, and editors to deliver high-quality content and copy that aligns with the company\'s brand voice and tone.
• Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing and business objectives, ensuring consistency and coherence across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content is aligned with overall brand messaging and business goals.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and more.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors\' activities to inform content strategy and drive innovation.
• Ensure all content and copy produced by the team meets high editorial standards, including accuracy, grammar, and style consistency.
• Provide guidance and feedback to the team, fostering their professional growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and industry standards in content strategy and copywriting, and share relevant insights with the team.
• Analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all content touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in content strategy and copywriting, with a proven track record of creating compelling content and copy for various marketing channels.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Ability to think strategically and analyze data to drive content and copy optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
