Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and visionary Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative content strategies, plan social media marketing campaigns, and create insightful reports to drive the growth of our official pages. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning:
• Design and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience needs.
• Plan and oversee social media marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Content Creation:
• Create compelling, high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform's unique requirements.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting achievements, trends, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and their algorithms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure content performance.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A passion for media, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
