At Scalent we are seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join , a leading streetwear and contemporary fashion brand based out of New Delhi.
As a Content Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our content creation and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that elevate our brand presence across various platforms, including our website, social media, LinkedIn, and performance marketing channels. Your role will involve in developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand vision and resonate with our target audience.
We are looking for a candidate that has 2-4 years of experience in content creation and marketing and has worked in a D2C apparel brand (but not limited to) in India. Must have a strong successful previous content work including website content, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• Must possess strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for details.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Experience with performance marketing and understanding of how ads work.
• Ability to develop data-driven content strategies and analyse performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand positioning and marketing goals.
• Create a content calendar that covers website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate content with performance marketing and advertising strategies.
Content Creation & Management
• Write, edit, and oversee the production of engaging content for our website, including product descriptions, newsletters, and brand storytelling.
• Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
• Create and optimize performance-driven content for digital marketing campaigns, including ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute content-driven campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust content strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.
Social Media Management
• Design and implement a social media roll-out calendar that includes content themes, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant insights into our content strategy.
Performance Marketing & Ads
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create ad content that drives traffic and conversions.
• Must know to leverage ad mechanics and optimise content to align with paid media strategies and goals.
Coordination & Collaboration
• Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, operations, and advertising teams, as well as other departments, to ensure high-quality visuals and provide complementary written content.
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to maintain content accuracy and relevance.
