The role retains responsibilities across document client interactions and requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.The role will be responsible for facilitating engagements with data strategy partners, supporting content initiatives and driving excellence. You will play a leading role in taking up end-to-end responsibility for content related issues, including database infrastructure and maintenance. The role demands working with Customer success teams, assisting with RFP and RFI submissions, and client onboarding.This role needs to work closely with Development partners, handling requirements, project planning and defect resolutions. Familiarity with Market Dynamics and Regulatory Landscape will be an added advantage for this role, as the Content Specialist will work on initiatives for translating external market policies and changes into internal operational requirements.The role will be responsible for addressing service issues, demonstrating ownership and dedication to customer happiness.The role needs a combination of Agile, tenchnical, communication and facilitation skills to effectively guide the team and deliver automation and simplification initiatives to improve efficiency across content teams.This role relies heavily on effective partnership at different levels and includes ability to mentor and develope peers to achieve greater success.Crucial SkillsStrong conceptual knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and object relationship models.Familiarity with NDA databases, CIQM/CDF, DSS/DSP tools.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Analytical attitude with a focus on problem-solving.Passion for automation and simplification.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science).LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
