Job Overview:

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Marketing Executive who can create compelling content, grow our brand presence on LinkedIn & Twitter, and support marketing initiatives through SEO-aligned content and marketing collateral upgrades. This role will work closely with the SEO & Performance Marketing team to ensure that content drives traffic, engagement, and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Content Creation & SEO Collaboration



Write SEO-optimized, engaging content for blogs, website pages, case studies, and press releases. Work with the SEO team to integrate targeted keywords and improve organic rankings. Assist in the content refresh strategy to keep materials relevant and high-performing.
2.

LinkedIn & Twitter Growth & Engagement



Develop engaging content for LinkedIn & Twitter, including posts, articles, and industry updates. Engage with industry professionals, comment on relevant posts, and participate in discussions to build brand visibility. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for audience growth. 3. Marketing Collateral Revamp & Content Support Assist in updating and refining brochures, presentations, datasheets, and other marketing collaterals. Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and business objectives. Support the sales team with tailored content for pitches and proposals.
4. Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with designers and videographers to create visual & video content. Track and analyze social media engagement, suggesting content optimizations.

5. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing



Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content. Work with marketing automation tools for lead segmentation and targeted outreach. Monitor performance (open rates, click-through rates) and suggest improvements.

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking



Use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and SEO tools to track content performance. Generate reports on organic traffic, social media engagement, and content impact. Conduct basic market research & competitor analysis to improve strategies.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination



Work with sales, product, and design teams to align content with business goals. Support event marketing, webinars, and corporate branding initiatives. Assist in coordinating with external vendors for marketing materials. Required

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Candidates with an engineering background will be preferred.

1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Basic understanding of SEO and keyword integration (no direct execution required). Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Twitter marketing strategies. Familiarity with marketing automation & content management tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.). Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
