Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies.
• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and trends.
• Help analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and campaigns.
• Support in managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Previous internship or experience in social media management is a bonus but not required.
