Tech Mahindra is Hiring for Content Reviewers

Location - Hyderabad (Bahadurpally)

Work Mode- Work from Office

Job Title- Content Reviewer (Associate Customer Support)

Language Required- Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, English

Employment Status- 4.5 Months (Contract Period)

Key Responsibilities -

Good communications skills in both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively as a team member.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet common objectives.

Proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills

Should be ok to work in a Rotational Shifts & Week off ( if applicable)

Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment

Detail orientation and client focus

Highly Obedient and must possess excellent work etiquette

Must demonstrate a real need for the job

Passionate about the internet

Strong knowledge of the cultural context

Understand Client Policies and Guidelines

Review user videos regarding mobile application content

Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures

Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.

Qualification & Experience

Undergraduate/Graduate

0 - 1 year experience

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
