We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee and lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals focused on ensuring the highest level of quality for our pharmaceutical digital platforms, websites, email campaigns, and adherence to brand guidelines. The QA Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining QA practices, managing the QA team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless execution of digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team.
• Develop and maintain QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices for website QA, brand guideline adherence, email QA, and digital platform QA.
• Define and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of digital assets.
• Establish QA processes that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
• Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to ensure digital platforms meet quality standards, functional requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct thorough testing of websites and digital platforms to identify defects, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
• Validate responsive design and user experience across various devices and browsers.
• Ensure digital assets, including websites and email campaigns, adhere to the company\'s brand guidelines, visual identity, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to verify alignment with branding elements, typography, color schemes, and imagery.
• Verify the accuracy and functionality of email campaigns, including links, dynamic content, personalization, and responsive design.
• Ensure email campaigns meet regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance, with a focus on website QA, brand guideline adherence, email QA, and digital platform QA within the pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
