What this job involves: Liaison with the requesters/stakeholders/website owners for the website needs, facilitating communication and coordination. Ensure delivery deadlines are met, communications and interactions with client for managing workflow and aligning delivery timeline. Establish and implement policies and procedures, managing the workflow for the content publishing team. Understands and able to enforce processes for the team. Help to prioritize responsibilities for the team with alignment with the client. Resolve problems and escalate as needed Review work prepared team, ensuring that accurate records are maintained for all clients Responding to queries from stakeholders and clients, management of complaint. Ensure all activities within the team are performed accurately, timely and efficiently Escalate and flag any likelihood of failure to complete processes by deadlines, maintain and update the team issues log. Ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments Manage projects related to transition of work to our team, account and strategy onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and any other firm initiatives
