Come join us in bringing change forward in the ever-changing marketing arena.Responsible for creating, editing and checking produced contents according to Content Strategist guidelines and uploading them to the sites through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress. This role must ensure the website is working, and keeps functional by handling software and platform updates, monitoring and assessing website performance.Experience - 4 to 7 yearsLocation - PuneResponsibilities:
- Uploads and publishes content to a CMS platform taking into account the best content publishing practices, workflows, and roadmap.
- Adapts content to site templates/structure.
- Deep knowledge in the migration of a full website to a new CMS platform, creating a content publishing framework and templates if necessary.
- Communicates with other team members to ensure strategy execution.
- Manages user story management to ensure timely publication of content.
- Leads capacity planning estimates alongside Project Managers.
- Leads new features and content projects.
- Partner with stakeholders and peers to deliver digital projects optimized for lead generation and conversion within brand guidelines.
- Performs content quality control.
- Develops and collaborates with the creation of support documentation about teams\' processes and technical stuff.Technical Skills & Experience:
- +4 years of authoring in CMS platforms executing complex and technical solutions.
- Managing publishing flows, schedules and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience leading teams, giving support both technically and professionally.
- Excellent communication with peers and clients.
- Deep understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem.
- Understanding or experience with analytics platforms.
- Experience or knowledge in content writing, content curation, proofreading, and video scripting is a plus.
