Position : Content Operations Specialist - MIUI Themes India (Off roll) Location : Bangalore Job Duties : An off-role venture with MIUI Themes India team for Content Operations. They will be responsible for product, content and social media development as Content Operations. They will have to work in tandem with the Indian team and HQ to drive content globally across all MIUI devices. It is important to assist the team with daily operational and ADHOC tasks. Analytical, proactive and good communication traits are highly appreciated. Desired Candidate : - The person will own sections of content on the Themes app - Use analytical skills to understand user behaviour and deliver the right content - Coordinate with design to team to create banners for the Themes application - Work with team to drive up the downloads and daily active users - Align relevant dates to showcase the best content on the application - Use social media to engage the users and convert them into app users Requirements : - Experience: 1-2 years - Strong ideation skills and business understanding - Already displays copy skills through professional responsibilities - Generally clued into happenings at a local/national/international level - Can bring creativity to operate under extremely tight constraints of time - Comes from either an agency/e-commerce/tech background - Able to manage and work across multiple teams
