Content Moderator Urdu Language
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, flag, and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, based on platform guidelines.
• Apply community standards and legal considerations to make consistent moderation decisions.
• Identify and report trends in harmful content, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
• Collaborate with the policy team to improve content guidelines and ensure clarity.
• Document and escalate complex issues to relevant teams as needed.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive content and maintain objectivity.
• Good communication skills and knowledge of online community standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?380,000.00 per year
