Job Description
Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.Review and assess user reports regarding inappropriate content, hate speech, spam, and other violations.Enforce content policies consistently and fairly, making decisions on content removal, warnings, or escalation as necessaryRequirements:Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline (BA/BCom) with a valid degree certificate.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.Good judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate content against policies objectively.
