You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with a new and growing global team within the Salesforce product organization, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll join our mission to make sure the right content is ready at the right moment and gets in the right hands to help us achieve our goals from awareness to conversion. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also monitor content assets for quality and freshness, and help define processes to ensure our content is updated regularly. If you are a driven self-starter with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for dotting every i and crossing every t, we want to hear from you!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Strategy - Responsible for developing inbound content strategies based on the business objectives and translating it to cross-funnel content pieces with a content production calendar that accounts for content creation, editorial reviews, feedback from business and publishing on web or appropriate channels.Content Audit & Maintenance - You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop intelligently automated approaches to identify content that is stale and requires updates. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with content developers to prioritize outdated content for maintenance or retirement. Also conduct regular audits to identify what is working well, what needs to be revised, and what needs to be removed based on traffic and content ranking based on target keywords. Content audit also informs the business on how effective is content in moving prospects down the funnel and how it influences decision-makingContent publishing: You\xe2\x80\x99ll publish content assets to support various internal enablement programs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also work to establish the handoffs and operating model with content developers. Content assets include but are not limited to slides, videos, PDF documents, enablement program exercises and other internal formats.Process Building: You\xe2\x80\x99ll help to stand up global, repeatable processes and tools to support content publishing and management. You\xe2\x80\x99ll implement a robust pre-production process to review content for quality, brand voice and tone.
