Lead the content marketing team and own end-to-end content strategy and execution. Write content for the blog and large story pieces. Interview senior facility management executives and real-estate leaders. Create enlightening product and solution content across platforms. Become an expert on our customers and their unique cases. Write compelling case study content in multiple formats (webpage, blog, video, social) that highlights how Facilio helps enterprises transform facilities experience. Optimize all content for SEO for better reach, measure and improve content programs. Responsible for all content marketing initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, engagement, and leads that result in sales and customer retention. Manage the overall social media marketing strategy (create groups and interact with influencers). Create Email Marketing and Drip Campaigns for your subscribers. Creating B2B artefacts and marketing collateral such as customer case studies, eBooks, playbooks, datasheets, product documents, and so on. Ideate and script for new-age high consumption content: webinars, events, podcasts, demo videos, etc. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content marketers. What makes you a great fit 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B enterprise SaaS space. Willing to work from our Chennai/ Bangalore office in a hybrid environment. Experience working with and managing agencies, writers, and junior marketers. Good understanding of various content formats and key content marketing techniques. Ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience. A data-driven approach with an eye for detail. Familiarity with content management, analysis, and collaboration tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Buzzsumo, Google Trends, Wordpress, Notion, etc. Familiarity with SEO best practices.
