Parallel is a Product Strategy and Design Studio where we care about designing products that matter. We focus on planning and designing high-impact products ones that are citizen-focused, affect tons of people, and/or tackle important problems. We make these products look better, but more importantly, we make them work better for the millions of people using them.
We are looking for a content marketer who will help us amplify the Parallel brand and also build a new brand from scratch for Apperture.io, a new B2B SAAS product we have built now for a year and that's now ready to hit the market. We are looking for someone with experience in spreading brand awareness and generating leads through content strategy, to play a key role in driving this journey.
You will be producing exciting content that acts as a catalyst for growth, helps potential clients and our community succeed through thoughtful insights, and elevates our brand. These are big shoes to fill. You\'ll be responsible for everything from strategy and ideation to execution with the team's help, of course. You\'ll manage internal and external writing, but you\'ll also roll up your sleeves and create a lot of content yourself (so it's not only important that you are a great writer, but that you enjoy writing).

Role

  • Use content to help grow the company by spreading Parallel & Apperture's brand awareness and generating organic leadsOwn Content Strategy and Content Writing for key client website design projects.
  • Define a long-term content strategy to raise brand awareness, drive relevant traffic to our site, and increase conversion velocity through our content funnel
  • Work with a team to produce a steady flow of creative and meaningful content everything from social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, contributed articles, and ebooks to interactive experiences, videos and more
  • Manage/write messaging and content for our website, blog, social media, and external channels
  • Make our content the foundation of our SEO strategy and effectively build links to boost our organic presence
  • Build and maintain an active content calendar and associated workflows
  • Own content marketing outcomes and track user data to gain insights on how our content marketing initiatives are performing

  • Prior success you have at least 2 years experience as a Content Marketer with demonstrated results.
  • Belief you believe in what we are doing and are excited to be part of our growth
  • Passion you have excellent knowledge of content creation/distribution and naturally stay informed of the latest developments
  • Creativity youre able to develop new ideas and find interesting ways to reach our prospective customers
  • Willingness to experiment you arent afraid to try new ideas and set up experiments to test them
  • Communication skills you are a natural storyteller and have great written communication skills
  • Adaptability things change quickly at a fast-paced growth company and youll need to keep up!
  • Organizational skills youre able to juggle multiple initiatives with ease
