We are seeking a talented and creative Content/Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content and email marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
• Create, edit, and optimize various types of content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, and social media posts.
• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
• Analyze and report on the performance of content and email marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content and email marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
• Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and loyalty.
