This is an integrated role involving a mix of social media, PR, events, and Thought Leadership.:Social Media

• Develop social media content for Broadridge India while working with multiple internal stakeholders.

• Track latest trends in social media and see how it can be adapted in sync with Broadridge India\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines.

• Analyze and stay on top of monthly social media data reporting.

PR

• Responsible for working closely with stakeholders to tell our people-led stories.

• Track story trends related to people and come up with unique story ideas.

• Research and prepare media statements, spokesperson bios, press releases etc.

• Support content requirements for media interactions, interviews, talk points etc.

Internal Content

• Prepare case studies, PPTs, scripts and other collaterals as and when required for internal usage.

• Work closely with internal teams to curate content on products, high-performing teams, internal stories.

• Come up with unique ideas for employee engagement campaigns, execute it in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills

• A qualification in English Hons or Mass Communication is ideal.

• A curious and a learning mindset is a must.

• Strong foundation in writing with the ability to produce drafts that require minimal edits.

• A good orientation around media and the ability to identify or craft story ideas focusing on people and tech trends.

• High degree of ownership of activities.
