EXPERIENCE Duties you\'ll be entrusted with: Communicate and engage with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and take ownership of the projects. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery. Set and adhere to the tone of content guidelines to maintain consistency across all audio/video productions. Display a high level of sensitivity towards brand requirements. Efficiently coordinate activities for pre, during, and post-production phases. Collaborate with content writers, audio / video, clicking & editorial teams, and graphic designers to create engaging and polished final products. Lead a team of audio / video professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Conduct thorough reviews of audio / video content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards. Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand, mission, and target audience. Expectations from you: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in a similar domain and are looking for a long-term association. Proven track record of handling various projects with diverse content types working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members. Great written and oral English communication. A keen interest in storytelling. Prior experience in clicking photos / videos in external and studio environments. The belief that great work cannot be done only between 9 and 5. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in external flash units and light sources in studio. Thorough understanding of the audio/video production domain. Hands-on knowledge of Adobe suite, including Premier Pro, After Effects, etc. Proficient in calendar management and scheduling for project deliverables. Technologically adept and up-to-date with industry tools and trends. Aesthetics and attention to details.
