About the Role :
We're seeking a proactive and strategic Content Manager to join our marketing team. This role is for someone who can wear many hats--content creator, brand storyteller, and project manager. You'll be responsible for shaping and implementing a content strategy that supports our brand vision and drives audience engagement. You'll create engaging, high-quality content for social media, the website, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation and Strategy
• Social Media Content : Plan, create, and publish content across all social media platforms, tailoring each piece to the specific audience and tone of the platform. This includes regular posts, video scripts, infographics, and other multimedia content.
• Scriptwriting: Develop engaging scripts for videos, ads, interviews, and webinars, capturing the brand's voice and message in every piece.
• Marketing Collateral: Produce various forms of marketing collateral, including brochures, emails, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience.
• Website Content: Create and refresh website copy to enhance user experience and improve SEO. Collaborate with the web team to ensure all content is up-to-date, on-brand, and informative.
2. Brand Building and Consistency
• Brand Uniformity: Maintain a cohesive brand tone, voice, and message across all content. Implement and update brand guidelines as needed to ensure consistency.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple brand-building projects simultaneously. Coordinate with internal teams (like design, product, and PR) to ensure deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
• Content Ownership: Act as a content custodian, ensuring all materials reflect our brand accurately and consistently. Review and approve content created by other teams or external partners.
3. Collaboration and Cross-functional Support
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with broader business and brand strategies.
• Creative Input: Bring creative ideas to the table for ongoing and new campaigns. Lead brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to campaign strategies.
• Data-driven Adjustments: Use analytics to understand audience engagement and make informed adjustments to content strategies to optimize reach and impact.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Proven Experience: 2-4 years in content creation, brand management, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong command of language with the ability to write for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
• Project Management Abilities: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience developing and implementing content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Adaptability: Ability to produce a wide range of content types and switch between brand voices as needed.
• Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to inform and adjust content strategy, with experience in basic SEO principles being a plus.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams.
