We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the seamless execution of day to day process management within our content management function. An ideal candidate will assist in the gathering, organizing, tagging, and maintenance of all client-facing content. The role will be critical to ensure that all client facing content is current, accurate and easily accessible, while also complying with established guidelines and standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of a streamlined content management system for our client facing organization.

What you will be responsible for
As a content management specialist you will• Assist in the routine updates and maintenance of client-facing content in Seismic.
• Organize and tag new content to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval.
• Ensure all content complies with established guidelines and standards.
• Provide timely support to client-facing teams for content-related queries and issues.
• Collaborate with the Head of Content Management to implement improved workflows and management strategies.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements for better client engagement.
• Help in the preparation of content reports and analytics to track usage and effectiveness.

Education & Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in content management or a similar role, preferably with experience using Seismic or other content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital content management best practices.


Additional requirements• Experience in a client-facing role or within a marketing/communications team.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and other web technologies.
• Knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking.
