We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Lead to oversee our content strategy, creation, and execution across multiple platforms. As the Content Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of content creators, aligning content with business objectives, and ensuring high-quality content delivery that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to develop compelling narratives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Experience

• At least 5-7 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or editorial roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies across multiple platforms (digital, social, print).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing content teams.
• In-depth understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative content.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per year
