• Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that position our platform as the leading AI marketing solution.
• Demystify AI and marketing automation for a broad audience, translating complex concepts into engaging and informative content (think blog posts, white papers, case studies).
• Craft content across various formats, including website copy, product descriptions, explainer videos, social media content, and thought leadership pieces.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and editorial oversight.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in AI, marketing automation, and content marketing. Analyze content performance and report on key metrics (e.g., traffic, leads, conversions) to demonstrate ROI and platform value.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams (product marketing, sales) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, with a demonstrable understanding of AI and marketing automation.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that drives results.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
• Experience with content creation for B2B audiences. Solid grasp of marketing automation concepts and terminology.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
